1. Who we are and what this covers

Life Vitamin Co., LLC (“Life Vitamin Co.”, “we”, “us”) is the parent company of the Root'd, imPASTA Straws, Customer Luv, Adshelf and Keep Your Chain brands. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lifevitamin.co, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Each brand operates its own website, app or service with its own privacy policy, which governs the data that product collects: Root'd, imPASTA Straws, Customer Luv, Adshelf and Keep Your Chain. If you are a customer of one of those products, that policy is the one that applies to your account, orders and usage data.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share: typically your name, email address or phone number, your company, and the content of your message. We use it to respond and to keep a record of the conversation.

Information collected automatically. lifevitamin.co is a static, informational site. It does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not fingerprint devices. Like every website, it is served through infrastructure that sees standard technical data with each request:

• Hosting and network logs. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare records IP address, request URL, timestamp, browser type and similar connection metadata for security, abuse prevention and reliability. These logs are retained by Cloudflare for a short period under its own retention rules.
• Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google when a page loads.
• Brand imagery. Product photos and logos on this site are loaded from our own brand websites (rootd.com, impastastraws.com), which are hosted on Shopify's content network. Requests for those images carry your IP address and browser details to that network.

We do not combine this technical data with any information you send us, and we do not use it to build profiles.

3. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries about our company or any of our brands, including investment, wholesale, retail, press and partnership requests.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not use information from this site for advertising, and we do not send marketing email to people who contact us here unless they ask for it.

4. Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process contact information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and running our business, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We process technical log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the site and our correspondence, acting on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS and network security), Microsoft 365 (email and calendar), Google (fonts) and Shopify (content delivery for brand imagery).
• Within our company, with the brand team best placed to answer your inquiry.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Life Vitamin Co., our customers or others.
• In a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

6. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter you contacted us about and, afterwards, for as long as we have a business or legal reason to retain it (for example, records of a partnership discussion). Hosting logs are retained by Cloudflare under its own short retention schedule; we do not keep separate copies.

7. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Our mail is hosted on Microsoft 365 with multi-factor authentication on all accounts, and access to correspondence is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the small amount of information this site handles.

8. Your rights and choices

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it; to request deletion; to request correction of inaccurate information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither); to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we collect none through this site); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Over the past twelve months, the only categories of personal information collected through this site are identifiers and contact details you provide voluntarily, and internet activity information in the form of standard server logs described above. We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EEA, UK and Swiss residents. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Everyone else. We honor the same requests for everyone, regardless of where you live.

How to exercise them. Email info@lifevitamin.co or call +1 (310) 765-2531. We may ask you to confirm the email address or phone number you contacted us from so we can match your request to our records; we will not ask for anything more than we need. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission. We aim to respond within 45 days (CCPA) or 30 days (GDPR).

9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because this site does not track visitors across sites, sell or share personal information, or use cookies, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We treat such signals as a valid opt-out request regardless.

10. Children

This site is intended for adults and business audiences. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Where data about EEA, UK or Swiss residents is transferred to the United States, our providers rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

12. Links to other sites

This site links to our brand websites and to third-party sites such as retailers and app stores. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Once you leave lifevitamin.co, their policies apply.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
